Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment
We're experienced in performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). A Phase I ESA is a comprehensive review of historical environmental contamination (or the potential for contamination) at a property. A Phase I ESA is performed to provide recommendations regarding the likelihood of contamination on a property and identifies its areas of environmental concern. A Phase I ESA may be required by the Ministry during changes to a property's land use or requested during property transactions or a cleanup at a contaminated site.
RocMar staff is experienced performing Phase I ESAs per the O. Reg. 153/04 Record of Site Condition and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standard. Our staff has conducted Phase I ESAs at various residential, commercial and industrial properties across Ontario.
