Rocco Mazzone, MBA, P.Eng., BSS
Rocco is a licensed Consulting Engineer with over 15 years of structural, building science, and forensic engineering experience, and has earned his designation as a Building Science Specialist – the benchmark qualification for Building Science practitioners. He is an expert in structural failure analysis, building science causation evaluations, and damage assessments, and has performed over 2,500 investigations to date. He is known for his common sense approach to problem solving, that when coupled with his skills and knowledge, provides a distinctive experience for insurance, restoration, and construction professionals. His practice spans a broad range of residential, commercial, and industrial settings, with a large portion spent on complex insurance claims throughout the province of Ontario. Marko Milicevic, P.Eng., BSS
Marko is a licensed Consulting Engineer and Building Science Specialist with over 15 years of structural forensic engineering, building science and design analysis engineering experience servicing the insurance industry. His experience spans a broad range of residential, institutional, commercial and industrial settings, with a large portion of which has been spent on large complex insurance claims throughout Ontario. He provides straight to the point direction and will always provide you with multiple repair / restoration or design solutions to keep projects moving forward especially in a time sensitive manner. His customer service, personality, engineering, technical and hands on construction experience will guide you in any direction with ease. Marko can assist with any of the following:

- Investigations and structural assessments after large insurance losses including completing reports/drawings with detailed specifications for repairs following loss occurrences (such as fire damage, vehicle impacts, water losses, explosions, etc.) using design aided software. Repair specifications are completed in compliance with the Ontario Building Code then submitted to the local municipal building departments for the building permit review process.
- Structural/building science review of building failures to determine cause and assist in determining liability. Property assessments where structures are damaged by fire, flood, explosion, live loading ((i.e., snow load analysis), vehicle/tree/lightning impact, ground movement and inadequate design/construction practices);
- Providing construction oversight, scope verification and post reconstruction inspections for all types of insurance claims/projects;
- Providing construction guidance and tender packages for reconstruction/restoration related projects;
- Providing construction drawings for interior alterations, additions and new construction related projects.
